Abstract

In the context of economic downturn and weakened consumer spending, the rapid development of digital-intelligent technologies presents new opportunities for industrial transformation. This study examines innovative marketing strategies for the real estate sector in the digital-intelligent era through case studies. The research reveals that by integrating digital-intelligent technologies, real estate marketing strategies can significantly enhance user experience and satisfaction. Specifically, adopting live broadcasting and community interaction within an omnichannel marketing framework has proven effective. The findings demonstrate a notable increase in customer conversion rates when these strategies are implemented. This transformation not only offers actionable insights for real estate enterprises navigating the post-pandemic market landscape but also highlights the potential of digital-intelligent technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness in an evolving economic environment. The study provides valuable guidance for real estate companies seeking to adapt to changing market conditions and leverage digital tools to improve their marketing efforts and achieve sustainable growth.
