With the acceleration of the aging process of the population, the number of disabled elderly groups is increasing, and the role of unpaid caregivers is becoming more and more important. However, caregivers are faced with many challenges, such as physical and mental health, economic pressure and social identity, while assuming the responsibility of caring. Firstly, this paper analyzes the stress of unpaid caregivers from the three levels of individual, society and family. Secondly, it explores the difficulties faced by caregivers and the current situation of care, and analyzes the satisfaction of caregiver's needs in daily life, medical treatment and psychological comfort. Finally, combined with the opportunity cost method, replacement cost method and other evaluation methods, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of health intervention for unpaid caregivers.
