Company Values and Culture Comparison: Amazon, Google, and Twitter

This report analyzes and compares the corporate cultures of three major technology companies—Amazon, Google, and Twitter (pre- and post-Musk acquisition)—to identify the most effective organizational practices. Using a weighted decision matrix evaluating revenue, employee satisfaction, compensation, and innovation, we conclude that Google and pre-Musk Twitter exemplify successful cultures prioritizing transparency, innovation, and collaboration. Key recommendations include fostering open communication, encouraging creative autonomy, and maintaining employee-centric policies to enhance productivity and sustainability.
