In the context where the digital economy has become the core driving force for economic growth, the cultural and creative industries are encountering new opportunities and challenges for digital transformation. Based on the three-dimensional theoretical framework of "technology integration-driven - business model upgrading and evolution - innovation ecosystem synergy", this article systematically explores the innovative paths of the cultural and creative industries driven by the digital economy. Through case analyses, it is discovered that technology integration promotes the digital translation of cultural heritage via physical adaptation and symbolic reconstruction; business model upgrading reconstructs the cultural production value chain by relying on digitalized resources, decoupling of intellectual property (IP), and ecological feedback; and the user participation path activates the democratization process of cultural innovation. The study puts forward countermeasures to deal with the challenges of copyright protection and the urban-rural digital divide, maintaining that only in the dynamic balance of technological innovation and humanistic values can the cultural and creative industries achieve sustainable and high-quality development. This research provides a theoretical framework and practical path for resolving the contradiction between cultural protection and commercial development and facilitating the modern transformation of traditional culture.
