Abstract

Work-life balance strategies refer to a series of supportive measures implemented by organizations to assist employees in achieving equilibrium between work and personal life, influencing organizational performance through both individual and organizational levels. This paper reviews relevant domestic and international literature, examining the fundamental concepts and theoretical foundations of work-life balance, while providing a critical assessment of work-life balance strategies and their outcome variables. Furthermore, the study analyzes the mechanisms through which these strategies affect organizational performance and identifies limitations in existing research, along with potential directions for future studies.
