Abstract

An initial public offering (IPO) is how a private company sells new shares to the public. It is crucial to the development of a company, including raising capital and marketing its name. Based on comparative analysis, this study investigates the efficiency of initial public offering processes (IPO) in the US, Europe, and China. It also presents IPO traits in different countries and offers a graph to showcase the differences.
