As the most important traditional thought in China, Confucianism has influenced generations of Chinese people, including ideological norms and cultural identity. As the main body of economic development, enterprises and people, as the main body of enterprise development, have gradually become the core content of scholars ' research, which is also consistent with the traditional Confucian thought of ' people-oriented '. This paper reviews the penetration of Confucianism in human resource management practice and corporate culture, aiming to explore the role and significance of Confucianism in the development of modern enterprises.
