The Review of Digital Transformation and Corporate ESG Performance

China's digital economy is developing rapidly, and digital transformation and corporate ESG responsibility play a crucial role in the process of enterprises achieving sustainable development. By systematically combing the existing relevant research literature, this paper explores the connotation of digital transformation and corporate ESG responsibility and the current research status, thoroughly analyses the impact of digital transformation on enterprises and the factors that affect the performance of corporate ESG responsibility, and further elaborates the relationship between digital transformation and corporate ESG performance. On this basis, this paper proposes possible future research directions to enrich and expand the research related to digital transformation and corporate ESG, so as to help enterprises better carry out digital transformation and fulfil their ESG responsibilities, thereby achieving sustainable and high-quality development.
